Campground Overview
Managed by the Army Corps of Engineers, River Road Park is incredibly clean and scenic. Shaded sites under large sycamores offer relief from the sun, and the sound of the dam spillway provides nice white noise at night.
Launch and Fishing Details
A concrete ramp provides access to the Black River. To fish Clearwater Lake itself, you'll need to drive 5 minutes up the hill to the main lake ramps. The spillway area offers excellent bank access for catching crappie, white bass, and largemouth.
